Day One
Namosi highlands 4wd, Trek/walk up to 7 km. Overnight in Fijian villages.
Day Two
Bamboo rafting, or tubing, down river magic waterfalls swim. Long boat exhilarating ride back to Navua and transfer back to hotel.

3 days and 2 nights:
Day One
Namosi highlands 4 WD walk 7km to Navunikabi village. Overnight.
Day Two -trek through forest to Vunidaro village - overnight.
Day Three - Bamboo rafting or tubing down river, swim magic waterfalls, long boat exhilarating ride. Back to Navua river base.

Tour Features: Spectacular rocky-mountains, rain-forest, interior villages, cannibal history of this province, cultures, native birds, food crops, river gorges, cascades and fijian hospitality etc.

Important: Please bring insect repellents, proper walking or track shoes and any other personal essentials. As weather is changeable please bring change.

Grading: Moderate to Strenuous. Forest treks slippery when wet.
